Climate resilience in African food systems

-

Climate resilience in African food systems is a new three-year initiative working with partners across Africa to strengthen resilience in agriculture and food systems and mobilise investment in country-led solutions.

This work, funded by the Gates Foundation, will be led by Dr Agnes Kalibata in partnership with the University of Oxford and C4Impact Advisory Group and partners across four countries in Africa – Ethiopia, Kenya, Nigeria and Rwanda.

This project will bring together evidence, policy expertise and investment to support reforms developed with national stakeholders. It will also seek to secure significant additional funding for country-led initiatives towards resilient and sustainable agriculture and food systems.
