Prof Moritz Loock is a senior lecturer of Energy and Sustainability Management at the University of St Gallen in Switzerland. His research centers around the convergence of the energy and automotive industry with a particular focus on the economics of electric mobility, business models for flexibility in energy markets and the economy of sustainable cities. In his work Moritz aims at combining research and practice. He has been a past winner of the HSG Impact Award. Between 2020-2025 he has been leading the Climate Solution Task Force at the University of St Gallen. Next to his academic work Moritz is shareholder of his own family business.
