Jane provides administrative support to Prof Michael Obersteiner (Director of ECI), Prof Jim Hall (Professor of Climate and Environmental Risk) and Prof Yadvinder Malhi (Professor of Ecosystem Science). She is also responsible for co-ordinating the Oxford Centre for Tropical Forests (OCTF), organising events (including a series of seminars each term), maintaining the OCTF website and Twitter account, and producing a weekly e-newsletter. Jane has a BSc in Environmental Studies from the Open University and is particularly interested in biodiversity and conservation. She is a volunteer swift surveyor for the RSPB and helps to monitor swift activity in the Oxford area each summer.
