Profile
Delaney joined the Ecosystems Lab in 2026 as a Project Assistant for the Ecosystems and Biodiversity Programme. She previously completed her MSc in Nature, Society and Environmental Governance at the School of Geography and the Environment, where she examined how different forms of environmental knowledge shape forest governance in the Amazon.
Alongside her academic work, Delaney has collaborated with Indigenous-led organisations and research teams across the Peru–Brazil borderlands. Her experience includes research coordination, mapping and GIS, and facilitating partnerships between academic, NGO, and community actors. She is particularly interested in how interdisciplinary research can contribute to more just and effective conservation strategies.
