Briony Turner

Knowledge Exchange Manager (UKCIP)

Briony joined UKCIP in 2015 as the Knowledge Exchange Manager for ARCC. Her role is to facilitate translation of research into built environment policy and practice, and spot knowledge gaps and opportunities for the ever expanding network of researchers and stakeholders to work together to address. Prior to joining the team, Briony spent three years researching the scaling-up of climate change adaptation of England’s existing social housing stock. Before embarking on her PhD, she spent five years working as an affordable housing and regeneration specialist, with extensive experience of affordable housing, energy and building regulation policy, and sustainable brownfield redevelopment.
