Weds 4 May 2016, 5pm | Can we deliver nutrition security and climate change mitigation without wrecking the planet?

We need to feed an ever more demanding 9-10 billion people by 2050, and at the same time reduce the climate and environmental footprint of food production. Doing so will be one of the greatest challenges humanity has faced. This seminar will explore the options for meeting these challenges - and some of the tough decisions we face in the coming years to redesign the global food system to provide adequate nutrition for all without wrecking that planet.
