Profile

I have been at the ECI since 2007 with good working knowledge of processes and tools for nurturing interdisciplinary and trans-disciplinary collaboration. Prior to joining ECI, I managed projects on climate change, organisational capacity development, youth engagement, community development and stewardship of natural resources. I have researched, trained and practiced in group facilitation techniques, most notably appreciative inquiry.
