Dr Yu Jianjun is a postdoctoral researcher within the Biodiversity and Climate Adaptation theme, Environmental Change Institute (ECI) from Jan 2015. He is involved in MaRIUS project to evaluate the ecohydrological and niche modelling options and implement innovative modelling solutions for drought risk assessment. He achieved his B. Sc in Geography and M. Sc in GIS at Zhejiang University (P.R. China) and completed his Ph.D in Nanyang Technological University (Singapore) in environmental and water resources engineering. He has over 10 years of experiences on spatial information and GIS technology. His research interests focus on hydrological modelling and water resource management, flood risk assessment, landslide susceptibility mapping, GIS and spatial data analytics.
