Jane is responsible for:

• Providing general administrative support to the Professor of Ecosystem Science
• Tracking contracts, project accounts and expenses for the Ecosystems Programme and assisting in drafting contracts and agreements.
• Implementing and managing financial transfers and keeping track of expenses and checking received accounts of expenditure.
• Providing logistical and admin support for the Oxford Centre for Tropical Forests, headquartered out of ECI.
• Organising meetings, workshops and conferences hosted by the Ecosystems Programme
• Researching and ordering scientific and fieldwork equipment.
• Managing and updating the Ecosystems Programme website.

I have worked at ECI since 2006, previously in the role of Office Co-ordinator so I have a thorough working knowledge of general ECI and University admin procedures and am always happy to help with any queries of this nature.
