Sustainability is a growing, multi-disciplinary field that is becoming a priority in many organisations. Our TBL: Training Better Leaders Programme is designed to help students gain relevant, engaging and interesting work experience in sustainability. We offer international placements for students and recent graduates to gain experience working in organizations on socio-economic and environmental issues through a variety of projects. As part of the programme, we also offer a sustainability skills training that allows students to develop and practice crucial skills for the workplace, while networking with peers and professionals.

By the end of the 10 weeks, the interns were delivering their own projects to the same level we would expect from much more experienced permanent colleagues in our team. It is definitely a programme I can recommend, and one we will be using again.
